Making a Booking

Give us a Call

We recommend you give us a quick call on 01463 782443 to check availability on your chosen week. We will then reserve you a place until you've had time to book.

Send in your Booking Form

In order to accept your booking, we will need a completed and signed booking form. The booking form is in the back of the brochure. You can also download it as a PDF or Word Document.

Having completed it, please return it to us by post or you can fax it to 01463 782097.

Pay your Deposit

The deposit on all of our weeks is £200 per person (£100 per child on Nature's Child).  You can make payment in one of the following ways:

• Online - on the itinerary page of your chosen holiday click on "Book Now." You can make payment with credit / debit card via Paypal and send in your booking form afterwards.
• By Phone - you can make payment over the phone by credit or debit card.
• By Post - you can send us a cheque with a completed booking form.

Balance Payment

We will invoice you (by email or post) for final payment 8 weeks in advance of arrival and appreciate payment no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
