The Aigas season begins in April and will finish in October. We are running more programmes than ever to cater for a wide variety of interests. If your holiday with us is dependant on dates, please search the calendar below to find out what is on during your preferred dates. Alternatively, you might like to look at a tailormade holiday and create your own itinerary.

Absolutely fantastic week - saw everything on my wish list and more! Accommodation, food, rangers - all first class. I went on my own and met with a very nice mixed group of people and was very pleased to find that I was in a lovely cosy log cabin on my own. I was expecting to share but it was very nice to have some me time. All the trips out were very well planned and explained beforehand. The rangers were all very knowledgeable and answered our questions fully. The minibus was comfortable for our outings. Lord and Lady Lister Kaye and son were very welcoming and sat with us for pre dinner drinks. Food was exceptional on every occasion. I honestly cannot think of any negative comment - even the Scottish weather was kind to us! I would highly recommend this holiday for anyone interested in birds and wildlife and beautiful scenery.

Once again the rangers who led us gave us interesting information and were excellent of spotting birds. Our most memorable viewing was of a female golden eagle and two chicks in the nest. Sir John and Lady Lister-Kaye looked after us well. The food was superb in all respects. If you have even a vague interest in wildlife this holiday will delight.

This was our third visit to Aigas and again we were not disappointed. We were on the 'Summer Birds' programme and saw over 100 species of birds during the week along with some mammals and reptiles. Scenery was beautiful; mountains, farm land, multiple lochs, streams and waterfall. We toured various historic sites close to Aigas in addition to walks around the property. Saw some wildlife (3 types of deer), small dolphins, various shore birds, raptors and red squirrels. At Aigas went to their hides ( blinds) to view animals. Saw a pine marten and Scottish Wild Cat. They are part of a large conservation program working to restore the wild cat population in the wild. A badger was seen on another night in the hide. The Aigas Rangers lead the day trips and other activities. All are very well educated as they explain historical events and sites as well as telling us about the natural environment and various plants and animals. All are very nice and able to answer questions. Meals were all at Aigas for the week I stayed and were very good.
