The Aigas season begins in April and will finish in October. We are running more programmes than ever to cater for a wide variety of interests. If your holiday with us is dependant on dates, please search the calendar below to find out what is on during your preferred dates. Alternatively, you might like to look at a tailormade holiday and create your own itinerary.

I stayed at Aigas for five days with my daughter and we have never ever seen so much wildlife in such a short space of time. We got up early to visit the beaver before he went home to bed and after dinner we went to the hide to watch the pine martens. On top of that the rangers took us for walks and tours and a boat trip on the Moray Firth. The boat trip was the highlight of the week as we were lucky enough to not only see bottle-nosed dolphins leaping out of the water but also 6 basking sharks around the rib and swimming under us, there were another 4-5 away in the distance. It was an awesome experience. The staff at the Centre were very friendly and helpful and Sir John and Lady Lucy were the most hospitable hosts. The food was amazing. Warwick says that nothing is too much trouble and they certainly lived up to that claim. Try it for yourself you won't regret it. It is suitable for anyone even if they are on their own as you soon make friends.

In these days of feigned concern and superficial commitment it was truly an experience to be in the company of a team that really is making a difference to conservation and conservation education. Just read all the other five star reviews as they express their views more eloquently than I. On a more personal note, Lady Lucinda and her catering crew provided excellent food - which was especially welcomed by my wife who is a coeliac (gluten intolerant) and a strict vegetarian – and that is a difficult combination to cater for!

We saw otter, beaver, golden eagle, pine martin and a wide variety of birds and plants whilst under the watchful eyes of the young and talented ranger team. In these days of feigned concern and superficial commitment it was truly an experience to be in the company of a team that really is making a difference to conservation and conservation education. Our stay at Aigas is one of the most memorable vacations of my life. The food is amazing, the staff wonderful and the site is lovely. Eating in the baronial hall is a treat and I kept waiting for an owl to deliver mail ala Hogworts. This is actually a hotel with programs and not an attraction.
