Nature Photography Workshop with Laurie Campbell
Laurie Campbell is one of the most well-respected nature photographers in Scotland, with over fifty years of experience. During this week Laurie will help you develop your skills, whether you are just getting started with photography or are a seasoned veteran. In order to focus more closely on each individual, Laurie has reduced the maximum number of guests on any trip to only eight guests, allowing more one-to-one time to help you get the most out of the workshop.
During the course of this programme, you will have the opportunity to photograph a wide range of different subject matters and develop different techniques from macro to landscape photography and everything in between. The itinerary will be dependant on the season and recent sightings around Aigas, and could range from seabirds in the spring through to fungi in the autumn. Whatever time of year it is, you will be given several great opportunities to use Aigas wildlife hides and photograph pine martens, badgers, red squirrels and even a wildcat, as well as a whole host of birds.
Here are some masterpiece photographs taken by guests at Nature Photography Workshops at Aigas in 2024:
By the end of the week, you will not only have improved your photography skills but also built up a portfolio which Laurie will curate with you. Whether you are shooting on a bridge, mirrorless or DSLR camera, this week will allow you to experience some of the best wildlife that the Highlands has to offer and take home lasting memories and new skills.
This video below is a collection of photographs taken by the guests during the programme, and it’s a perfect example of what anyone can achieve on a Photography Workshop with Laurie Campbell.
