Will grew up close to the Peak District in Derbyshire. He studied Zoology at the University of Sheffield and Ecology at the University of Glasgow. A varied range of practical wildlife jobs followed, both at home and overseas. He is glad to be back in Scotland and is keen to explore the human and natural history of the Highlands.
