The Aigas season begins in April and will finish in October. We are running more programmes than ever to cater for a wide variety of interests. If your holiday with us is dependant on dates, please search the calendar below to find out what is on during your preferred dates. The holiday itself could not have been better. The Lister-Kaye family, the Rangers and all the Staff went out of their way to ensure we were well catered for. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, the food delicious, packed lunches, afternoon tea, drinks-all just right and very welcome at the end of very full days. The RANGERS - a more friendly and pleasant bunch of young people would be hard to find. Their knowledge was wide- ranging and informative.

It is an unforgettable week of Wildlife Sightings and learning about the many and varied aspects of conservation and the AIGAS' involvement at this most pressing and important time. The holiday itself could not have been better. The Lister-Kaye family, the Rangers and all the Staff went out of their way to ensure we were well catered for. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, the food delicious, packed lunches, afternoon tea, drinks-all just right and very welcome at the end of very full days. The RANGERS - a more friendly and pleasant bunch of young people would be hard to find. Their knowledge was wide- ranging and informative.
We spent seven days in June on the Aigas Wildlife Holiday. A very full week which gave a taste of all that the Highlands have to offer including East and West Coast, mountains, lochs, rivers forests and glens. We were able to see dolphins, otters, beavers, pine martens, red deer, eagles, ospreys and many other birds and mammals. Our accommodation was very comfortable and we received a warm welcome from all the Aigas staff. Meals were superb and plentiful. All the rangers were very knowledgeable in their field and made the trip not only enjoyable but very informative. The Aigas Estate itself was a truly magical place to visit. The downside was that the week was over far too quickly.

I loved the focus on the landscape and the environment; I loved the historical aspects. I loved seeing the Scottish wildcats, red grouse, and a golden eagle feeding a weasel to its chicks. And I loved Sir John reading us "bedtime stories." Walking around the loch at Aigas with Warwick was a treat. Seeing the site of The Lord of the Isles on the Isle of Islay was a treat.The food, under the direction of Lady Lucy, was wonderful, and the solicitude for guest comfort was genuine and on-going. I'm now hoping I can return some day!
