It's taken me a while to get round to writing this, as I wasn't reviewing on Tripadvisor in 2010 when we did the Nature's Child week at Aigas. Three years later, I can still say it was the best holiday we've had. Our boys were 9 and 7 at the time and they still talk about that week. The highlight for the boys was the visit to the pine marten and badger hide - the pine marten did everything but tap dance for us. The rangers were fantastic with the children (and the adults!) and were great role models - my now 12 year old is still determined to work as a ranger at Aigas. The boys really learned to notice things around them during that week, and the effect of that has lasted. We will take them back when they're a bit older for one of the other programmes. Oh, and Lady Lucy's food is delicious......

The location is breathtaking, the hospitality is so gracious, Lady Lucy and her staff do an amazing job of preparing fabulous meals for any and all tastes, and the experiences and workshops were amazing! I truly did not want to leave. It is by far one of the most relaxing, interesting and memorable vacations that I have ever had❤️

This trip surpassed my expectations and ever since I have been home, I have been trying to figure out how soon I can go back! The location is breathtaking, the hospitality is so gracious, Lady Lucy and her staff do an amazing job of preparing fabulous meals for any and all tastes, and the experiences and workshops were amazing! I truly did not want to leave. It is by far one of the most relaxing, interesting and memorable vacations that I have ever had❤️

The loch and the hides were worth visiting several times a day and we saw beavers in the loch and pine martens and Jays and woodpeckers from the hides. We cannot praise Aigas highly enough and really hope to go again in the not too distant future.

Lady Lucy did us proud with a different vegetarian dish every evening and every one of them was fabulous. We went out every day and saw incredible wildlife, coast to coast. The loch and the hides were worth visiting several times a day and we saw beavers in the loch and pine martens and Jays and woodpeckers from the hides. We cannot praise Aigas highly enough and really hope to go again in the not too distant future.
