The Aigas season begins in April and will finish in October. We are running more programmes than ever to cater for a wide variety of interests. If your holiday with us is dependant on dates, please search the calendar below to find out what is on during your preferred dates. Alternatively, you might like to look at a tailormade holiday and create your own itinerary.

A truly wonderful experience. If you want to see Scottish wildlife with like-minded people and be treated almost royally by Sir John, Lady Lucinda and their remarkable team then you need look no further. We saw otter, beaver, golden eagle, pine martin and a wide variety of birds and plants whilst under the watchful eyes of the young and talented ranger team. In these days of feigned concern and superficial commitment it was truly an experience to be in the company of a team that really is making a difference to conservation and conservation education. Just read all the other five star reviews as they express their views more eloquently than I. On a more personal note, Lady Lucinda and her catering crew provided excellent food - which was especially welcomed by my wife who is a coeliac (gluten intolerant) and a strict vegetarian – and that is a difficult combination to cater for!

They have a baited Pine Martin and Badger hide on site enabling you to get really really close without disturbing them. Spent a super week at Aigas honing photography skills under the expert eye of Nature Photographer extraordinaire Laurie Campbell. His knowledge is second to none, the wildlife was amazing - even having to get up at 3.30m to see Black Grouse Leck! They have a baited Pine Martin and Badger hide on site enabling you to get really really close without disturbing them. Comfortable accommodation, tasty dinners, super hosts, great team - Rangers so helpful, obliging and experts in their own rights. Thoroughly recommend if you care about wildlife and the countryside as they have a wide range of holidays on offer.
With high expectations from all the great TA reviews, I went to Aigas as part of a Road Scholar group - and Aigas met and exceeded all those expectations. My previous 2 weeks in Scotland had been as part of a photo tour that was long on photo ops, but extremely light on information about history, geology, lore, ecology, etc etc. The wonderfully trained, articulate and enthusiastic rangers at Aigas filled in all the gaps and then some. Sir John's lecture about the history of the Highlands brought the Jacobite Rebellion and so much more into sharp focus, with application to US history and today's world situations. I could have listened for another hour. Lady Lucy's concern for the needs of her guests and the dietary peculiarities of each one make the meals a delight, and she, Hermione and the rest of the staff make it clear they will do their best to make everyone's stay as wonderful as they can. And everything is done with such ease and grace. Thanks to all for a wonderful stay. I am sending my friends (and maybe will sneak back with one of them)!
