The Aigas season begins in April and will finish in October. We are running more programmes than ever to cater for a wide variety of interests. If your holiday with us is dependant on dates, please search the calendar below to find out what is on during your preferred dates. Alternatively, you might like to look at a tailormade holiday and create your own itinerary.

I'd met many people that said how wonderful Aigas was and this October I experienced it for myself and wasn't disappointed. From the first greeting at the station to the last goodbye I had nothing but praise for all the staff and our 'experts', as they say in the brochure nothing is too much trouble, and it wasn't. The food was fabulous and I was presented with a cake. My highlights were seeing a pine marten for the first time and being within a few feet of a stag with a hind and a yearling but there were many more wonderful birds and animals on our weeks journey. Our stay at Aigas is one of the most memorable vacations of my life. The food is amazing, the staff wonderful and the site is lovely. Eating in the baronial hall is a treat and I kept waiting for an owl to deliver mail ala Hogworts. This is actually a hotel with programs and not an attraction.

Excellent experience. Staff are without exception relaxed and approachable in every regard. If the Pine Marten wanted to be elusive Sir John stepped in to make hide visits a highlight, whatever turned up with us... The young ranger team display a knowledge and approachability way beyond their youth, and their enthusiasm was infectious. Wearing an Aigas gilet I was approached by local members of the public, who expected me to be knowledgable and helpful. That tells me more than just plaudits from customers.. Just go, you will enjoy!
