The Aigas season begins in April and will finish in October. We are running more programmes than ever to cater for a wide variety of interests. If your holiday with us is dependant on dates, please search the calendar below to find out what is on during your preferred dates. Alternatively, you might like to look at a tailormade holiday and create your own itinerary.

A week at Aigas is a magical time for those interested in wildlife, especially if you're a keen photographer. Where else can you see and photograph pine martens, red deer, dolphins, seals, migrating geese and salmon, fungi and wildcat in the space of a week? A big thank you to workshop leader Laurie Campbell whose knowledge, patience and skill knows no bounds. Nothing was too much trouble for him to ensure that everybody got the maximum out of our week in the highlands. He was ably supported by the brilliant team of enthusiastic rangers at Aigas HQ, along with hosts Sir John, Lady Lucy and Warwick. I have already booked my return visit in 2014.

A week at Aigas is a magical time for those interested in wildlife, especially if you're a keen photographer. Where else can you see and photograph pine martens, red deer, dolphins, seals, migrating geese and salmon, fungi and wildcat in the space of a week? This was our third visit to Aigas and again we were not disappointed. We were on the 'Summer Birds' programme and saw over 100 species of birds during the week along with some mammals and reptiles. Once again the rangers who led us gave us interesting information and were excellent of spotting birds. Our most memorable viewing was of a female golden eagle and two chicks in the nest. Sir John and Lady Lister-Kaye looked after us well. The food was superb in all respects. If you have even a vague interest in wildlife this holiday will delight.

Having spent holidays in Scotland over 40 years, and now lucky enough to live here, we still appreciated being taken to the best sites for seeing wildlife in this beautiful part of the country. An real bonus was the opportunity to watch badgers, pine martens and beaver from the estate hides. Excellent weather enhanced the experience, especially watching young golden eagles against a blue sky!

We stayed at Aigas Field Centre for 5 days in August 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed all of the activities on offer: where else could you stay in a wooden chalet, eat wonderful food in a baronial hall and have professionally guided wildlife watching outings every day? The ethics of the organisation are admirable with support of education on wildlife and conservation. Having spent holidays in Scotland over 40 years, and now lucky enough to live here, we still appreciated being taken to the best sites for seeing wildlife in this beautiful part of the country.
