Had another, and rather splendid, go at one of Aigas Field Centre's excellent programmes: Spring Birds 2011. A really excellent experience! A very enthousiastic ranger and a good bunch of experienced and not so experienced birders made this programme one of the best. Make sure you bring your camera for some of the views are rather stunning.

A highlight of our Nat Hab Scotland trip, Sir John & Lady Lucy graciously hosted us for lunch & tea, gave us a house tour. We were on our own to wander the spectacular gardens. Not only did we get to hike the property - around the lake and to the fort site, but we also got to observe a Pine Marten visit from the hide at night.

Have been to two open days at Aigas Field Centre and really recommend them! Always great to meet the charming young rangers, walk around the loch on the tour, have a lovely tea and buy some new plants for the garden. Beautiful gardens also and we saw great evidence of the beavers this time!
