Aigas is a very special and - to me - a unique place to stay Beautiful surroundings, excellent variety of activities, wonderful hospitality, good food. The Lister-Kaye family and staff are so welcoming and helpful Not only are the rangers well qualified In their chosen field, but knowledgeable about the local areas visited, as well as being delightful company, able to multi-task, and with good social skills. I will be returning for a third visit in 2016, and also joined an Aigas trip to Costa Rica. That speaks for itself.

It would be hard to say what's best about a week at Aigas__there are so many delights__the excellent meals, the beautiful natural setting, the history in the Victorian hunting lodge and its furnishings, the charming and exceptionally knowledgeable staff, the gardens, the field trips. When they say nothing is too much trouble for our guests, they mean it. All of this is in service to their mission: "Sharing the wonders of the wild Highlands." I long to go back.

We were with a Road Scholar tour and enjoyed a delightful day at Aigas. The history of the grounds, the beauty of the gardens, the delightful lunch, and most of all the kindness and caring by the Lady and her daughter Hermione. The gardens are stunning with flowers, bushes, sequoia trees and much more. So peaceful and such a commitment to conservation. Everyone in our group loved it.
